We will be happy to arrange for the return of the product to us (at our cost) and a replacement item or full refund to be given. Please note: we will always advise you of your expected delivery time and date by email. If your delivery does not arrive when expected, you MUST notify us within 72 hours of the expected delivery time in order for us to act accordingly. This also applies to broken or damaged goods. |
