All orders placed before 10am on a working weekday will be despatched by Courier the following day for delivery the next working day. *

Orders received after 10am will be despatched in 2 working days for delivery the next day. *

Please note: In order that your food remains as fresh as possible we do not despatch any orders on a Friday. If you require your goods the same week please ensure we receive your order by 10am on Wednesday. *

* Subject to all goods being in stock, we will contact you if there is going to be any delay. We deliver to all of the UK, however orders to the Highlands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer. Please contact us if you need more information.

We now also deliver to many other European countries (please see the full list below).
For European deliveries, please allow 5-12 working days.
Please note: frozen goods cannot be sent to these destinations.

Overseas orders to other countries can also be catered for by special arrangement. Please contact us for further information.
Help us to help you:
In order to assist our couriers please ensure you leave clear directions if you do not have a house number or it is not easy to find. In the event that a delivery address is difficult to locate (e.g. in a remote rural area) and insufficient information has been provided to effect delivery we will not be held responsible for non-delivery of your parcel. You will be charged for the contents of your order and the delivery charge. Brief details on how to locate the delivery address from the nearest landmark (e.g. name of a nearby pub or village hall) would be appreciated. Better still have your order delivered to your work address.

Please leave instructions of a safe place where your order can be left if you are ordering frozen goods in case you are not in. You will be advised of your delivery day and if you are not in to receive the goods Johnson’s will not be held liable for non-delivery of your parcel.
Frozen Goods:

We use an overnight courier and polystyrene containers to ensure the temperature of the food is maintained. Please note: the minimum order for frozen foods is 6 items to ensure temperature maintenance.

We can only deliver frozen goods to mainland UK excluding the Highlands of Scotland.

Ordering online: We will call you with confirmation of your delivery date and you will have to ensure you are in to receive the goods.

Ordering by phone: If you call 0800 688 8969 with your order you will receive confirmation of your order cost and delivery time.

We do not guarantee the condition of the goods if you are unable to sign for them. These items cannot be returned.
