Quote I bought amazing tiffin from Johnsons Dietary Provisions, at my local CUK food fayre. It's made by Lazy Day Foods, and was lush! Much nicer than the Tesco's version. Unquote

Quote Johnsons are great - actually run by a coeliac who only stocks stuff that tastes good - and can I recommend the brazilian cheese bread mix ? It makes an amazing pizza base, that my non GF husband raves about. Unquote

Quote I was delighted with my first order earlier this month. The quality was excellent..and nothing was damaged on route.

Many thanks... as a coeliac sufferer you are a life saver... gluten free products in Hungary are very limited and all taste terrible!! Unquote

Quote I just wanted to write and say a big thank you for my pannetone, which arrived today.

Your customer service was absolutely outstanding and I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to call me and for being so incredibly helpful. At Christmas time things can often be stressful and is often aggravated by trying to get what you need from shops and stores. You are absolutely an exception to that rule and my mum, who is a massive fan of pannetones and hasn’t been able to eat them for years will be so thrilled.

Quote Hello to everyone who made the open day so brilliant. It was well organised and everyone was so helpful.

We drove down from Maidenhead and it was well worth it! I have never seen so much choice of gluten free food under one roof! It was great. When I was first diagnosed about fifty years ago, my mother had to send away for big tins of gluten free flour and make bread, biscuits etc. There was no gluten free food on prescription or in the supermarkets! How times have changed.

I bought some of the GlutaBye products (which I had not seen before) and they were delicious-most of them have been eaten already! The safe to eat sauces were new to me although I have bought their soups in Sainsburys. I shall look forward to your next open day with relish.

Thank you once again to everyone involved. Unquote

Quote Just wanted to say thank you for my speedy delivery of tilquhille oats. Unfortunately, I cannot tolerate ordinary oats and really have missed having these for my breakfast - I am now able to enjoy my morning porridge without any horrible side effects.

I will defintely be ordering more products from your shop - it is great knowing that I can get all those things that are so difficult to find in the shops. Unquote

QuoteA good range of glutenfree food easily found what I was looking for. Thank you for making foods I used to love available for me again. Unquote

QuoteI want to see businesses of all kinds promoting ingredients positively and cease to promote them negatively. Not "this is sorry stuff for a sorry minority and we can't afford to cater for them properly because no-one else will touch it and we can't afford to have it left over" which is the attitude that a large retailer takes. (Shops can afford to have wheat left over which makes you wonder what's wrong with the wheat or the ways it is produced or the ways it is marketed) But "here is an interesting loaf/pie/etc made of corn-rice-quinoa etc. which is delicious for everybody for a change".

Thank you Helen for reading our views and every success because we will benefit. Unquote

QuoteI think it is reasonable, given the new labelling laws, for restaurant, cafe and pub staff to label what meals are vegetarian, GF etc. Unquote

QuoteI want to feel as normal as possible, I hate having to ask 'silly' questions before I order, I want to just take my seat, order my food and eat it without worrying if I will be ill in a few hours. I would prefer to have only two places to eat in a town that I could trust 100% to be GF from kitchen to table than a large choice of places that I could not trust - I also wouldn't mind being charged a little extra for the GF service.Unquote

Quote…having worked with disabled people and the modern definition that a person is only ever 'disabled' by another person’s ignorance/attitude I refuse to be 'disabled' by incompetent chefs. I do not consider it to be 'special treatment' to have the same customer service everyone else in my company is getting. By that I mean questions answered and every effort made to make my dining experience stress free. Unquote

QuoteI must admit I never tried any cakes which were market 'gluten free' before I was diagnosed with CD. I thought then that they would taste odd or would not be palatable. Now all my family are happy to eat GF fruit cake bars & chocolate orange cake, my home - made GF cakes, GF fancy biscuits like Honeybuns Amaretti etc. Unquote

QuoteThis is great because now we don’t have to troop around all the different supermarkets for all our different requirements.Unquote
