Johnsons Dietary Provisions was founded by Helen Pengelly who was diagnosed as a coeliac in 2003, as a result of the difficulties she encountered trying to find appetising gluten-free meals and products. The business was established in 2005, and both the Retail Outlet in Shoreham and the Online Store have a very strong loyal customer base.
Our aim is simple - to provide a source of quality ‘free-from’ food and drinks to consumers and businesses alike. Our ever-growing range of quality products will not only cater for gluten-free diets, but other allergies and special diets such as nut-free, dairy-free and diabetic.
Due to rapid expansion we now have several full-time and part-time vacancies available both in our outlet in Shoreham and throughout the UK. A knowledge of special diets is essential - either through your own personal experience or from catering for a family member.
