About Us
Johnsons Dietary Provisions was founded by Helen Pengelly who was diagnosed as a coeliac in 2003, as a result of the difficulties she encountered trying to find appetising gluten-free meals and products. Her grandfather Thomas Johnson was also a coeliac and now her son Joe is currently undergoing diagnosis, so she has over 30 years’ knowledge and understanding of the difficulties that people face if they need to follow a special diet.
Our aim is simple - to provide a source of quality ‘free-from’ food and drinks to consumers and businesses alike. Our ever-growing range of quality products will not only cater for gluten-free diets, but other allergies and special diets such as nut-free, dairy-free and diabetic. We have launched this site to complement our Retail Outlet and enable people to reach us 24/7 from the comfort of their own home. As well as expanding our Online Store, we will be expanding the site contents to provide a one-stop source on useful information, health tips and recipes.
